to those who got hired under xbox chat and are undergoing training, ayaw mo kumpyansa. mag-study jud mo kay daghan nabalhin na agent kay wala kapasar sa mga eval. ang hr nag-ingon ako ingana. most of the agents didn't even made it pass the final eval. mao gibalhin tong uban. but... mabalhin ra ka if kapasar ka sa mga account specific interviews. if wala, tagak na jud ka.

Salamat sa tip brad. Nah dili gyud ko magkompyansa ani, dapat makapasar gyud coz dili gyud ko pwede voice because of my hearing problem. Ma alkansi ang kompanya kung ibutang ko's voice, ug mataktak sad ko. So yes, dili pwede. I'll do my best to stay in Xbox chat. Hahahaha

Duha ra sis. Two exams, initial interview/resume check with Recruitment, and final interview with account manager ata.

yes.. xbox is a good account, actually, dali ra ni cya. pero sa training, strict sila. unlike sa dell before na ipaagi ka lab if galisod ka sa modules. ang xbox, strict. naa diha exam na 500 items ang study nimo, pero condensed ra cya into 30 items. kaya ingatz. naa diha wave tunga jud sa ilaha natagak. kadtong uban ka-wave na ko sa lain account. wala sila kaabot 4th week, kay 3rd week deliberation pa lang, naa na memo na re-profile sila.

kay kadtong niadto ko sa jcenter, almost 50% sa for interview, naa na i.d., mao diay to, training sila for xbox chat, 3 weeks ra sila taman, wala na-endorsed sa floor.

I don't know about the other wave na lain ug trainer ug building (tho same shift), but for me ka-feel ko na among trainer is really good and is meticulous about these kinds of things, labi na pud sa time nga dapat naa nami sa training room before shift/after breaks. It's actually a good thing so that the team can get used to this kind of pressure and strictness that we will most likely be getting from FLS/TM and other higher level sups.

I can really tell we are receiving really good training for our account. In the end, it all boils down to whether or not the agent will willingly exert double the effort just to stay in Xbox chat, or would rather be reprofiled to a different program.
