Bro, murag apple vs orange man ni..each has its own pros/cons..based on your considerations, akong choice is the FX..it is a local unit ( meaning dili converted ), has more space, more versatile, and Toyota man so way problems sa parts and maintenance..the concern here is that the gasoline FX ( 5K or 7K engine) is more recommended than the diesel FX ( 2C engine ), naa problema sa valvetrain ani nga makina, sakit sa ulo ug bulsa kung mao na mutukar...kung ako, agwanta nalang ko sa gas consumption coz its benefits can outweigh it vs sa multicab..aside nga surplus ang multicab, di gyud ko sold out anang cab forward design ( kanang flat nose ba like vans also ) in terms of safety, lahi ra gyud ng nay engine in front..

Aircon + daghan sakay = kamang ang multicab. ^_^
Pero tipid sa gas ang multicab.

You're welcome bro..With regards to the valvetrain problem, from what I've heard, ang problema is the material itself na gigamit sa valve seats resulting in premature wear, so mahitabo di na makuha ang sakto na valve clearances, ang result is hard starting, loss of power, etc..ang uban makaniko na way kalibutan tag-an tag-anon ang problema mao na uban muingun na disposable engine ang 2C..but dili tanan Diesel FX nay problema, coz certain batch of engines ra man usually mahitabo ana..just bring along a reliable mechanic if naa ka tan-awon na unit..if you go for the Gas model, medyo kalas gyud ug gasoline ( tried 2 units before ) but reliable gyud ang K engines ( 5K & 7K ) and easy to maintain..bro, try pud basin makakita ka ug '99-00 Isuzu Hilander with your budget, kana sure ball ka nga tipid sa diesel & walay reliability issues ang makina ( 4JA1 ), same engine sa crosswind ug fuego, and also more powerful than the FX, mas spacious ang interior..basically, what Isuzu did was improve upon the design and traits of the FX resulting to the Hilander which gave Toyota a serious challenge eventually leading to the release of the Revo...

Akong multiVan (big eye) maka sud man pod ug 8 adult (apil driver) dili pajud ingon nga huot. Akong estimate nga consumption sa gas 200-250 round trip mingla-lapulapu (bangkal).
Pero mas okey jud ang medyo dagku makina like fx or highlander.
