nabahaw na man ang issue sa rerouting maong nawala sila. naghulat pa siguro sila nga mahuman ang uban projects sa syudad para naa silay ikasturya apan naa pay mga issues nga still existing pero ila ra gi-avoid nga mura ra og wala unya kita pa ang ingnan nga denial daw.

parehas ra na sa naa sa balita sa una. naa man daw nga backer nga mga pulis ang uban dispatcher maong lisod prisohon. sigurado naa pud mga dispatcher nga amigo pud sa mga TEAM enforcers maong dili badlungon. amigohay man ang style dinhi sa Mandaue.

This is a reminder to those who are planning to get a unit in URBAN HOMES TIPOLO. If you want a good investment then do not attempt or buy from DECA HOMES. From our personal experience here are some reasons:

*before we decided to get a unit, we asked them regarding amenities, cable connection, telephone lines & water system. Their reply was - for amenities: that it be available for use within the next 4-5 months; for cable & telephone connections - that they are still on bidding process with the perspective company; for water system - that its MCWD but not really! We moved in around last week of feb 2013, yet until now we dont hve anything as what they hve told us.

*Condo fee is 1000/month which is too expensive for an 80 unit bldg. That would mean that maintenance, janitorial services, security, amenities and electricity would cost as much us 80,000 per month for a very 1 small bldg without an elevator, of which amenities are not even yet built!

*in-house water supply often gets interrupted from time to time because they dont hve the automatic regulator

*bldg 14 fire exit is not usable, its either to small or difficult to use

*visible cracks on the building itself are very prominent after the earthquake

*you wont get any assistance from the company after any emergencies

If you friends or know someone who's living in or planning to get a unit, kindly let them know and tagged them about this.

mandaue city, usa sa pinaka traffic nga lugar, pwerting dagko-a sa mga truck mangagi, unya mga alibaungon kayao ug mga karsada. Naay mga stop light wala nay bulb or pundir, tsk tsk tsk. Naa pa diay , kung ting ulan, mahimong pumpboat imong motor.
