Naa man. Wala ko'y background sa Xbox at all plus wala pa call center experience but I love games and used to play them a lot when I was younger. Basin mao to plus point nako ug na hire ko despite no CC experience (coz Xbox mainly used to hire only those with exp)

Depende ra sad gyud siguro sa outcome sa imong final interview. I am assuming that you passed your IT exam because dili siguro ka iendorse for final interv sa Xbox nonvoice if you didn't pass the IT exam, considering the fact that it's a Technical Support position. Then again, that's just my opinion. I really don't know how Recruitment does things.

Training ra namo sir sa IT Park. Huot na daw kaayo sa JCentre wa na'y training room hahaha pero inig endorsement to operations namo didto gyud mi JCentre daw. Gora na hahaha

to those who got hired under xbox chat and are undergoing training, ayaw mo kumpyansa. mag-study jud mo kay daghan nabalhin na agent kay wala kapasar sa mga eval. ang hr nag-ingon ako ingana. most of the agents didn't even made it pass the final eval. mao gibalhin tong uban. but... mabalhin ra ka if kapasar ka sa mga account specific interviews. if wala, tagak na jud ka.
