Anyone know where I can have my turtle treated? It has this ear infection and needs to be cut open. If not can I do this myself? What do I need to prepare and help ease the pain I can inflict?

Kbalo mo unsaon pag dala ug mga RES from Cebu to CDO by boat? Unsa mga papers kailangan? Nanigta man gud ug certification ang taga port para RES pero wa mana silay papers. lol
