naa ra gud na sa tao.. mag ensayo ug tarong or dili... the gym dosen't really matter... equipment wise... well basically not all gym has everything but has alot check it out for yourself basin ma gusto ka or dili...

yah! korek c pchan. go to a gym nga convenient for you bah, mas maau if nindot sa haus nimo para di au hasol and stuff. consider the following (as a guide):
1) PRICE - very important!
2) location
3) equipment
4) atmosphere- you have to be comfortable with the place coz you'd be going there a lot of times so u better like it
5)the programs that they offer- do u think it would suit you and you can stick with it

these are just the basics. gyms have their own edge over the other. its up to you to decide what YOU are really looking for.
