Cheat Day @ Bluewater Sumilon
Dinner is served... By nature, I always start my meal with desserts! So here it goes
Moist Chocolate Ala Mode ~ choco cake (125 php) and vanilla ice cream (80 php) ~ I love the creamy texture of the choco icing which compensates for the dry texture of the cake. This didn't make me go ooh la la over it but I can say Leona's choco cake and Orange Brutus Chocolate Monster are still my faves 😊👌
Adobo Rice (310 php) ~ Fried rice of chicken adobo flakes and sauce. Served with adobong Bisaya and pickled vegetables. This is one of the resort's best seller and true enough it's so delicious in every bite! The adobo is crispy and juicy at the same time and mixed well with the pickled veggies (sliced eggplant, cucumber and Baguio beans). I love this meal! 👌😍🍴

day: Monday
place: C'thulhu's place
introduction/story of your foodtrip: something light for dinner, a vegetable curry with some fish and shrimps added fits the bill nicely... added a bit too much garam masala so the concoction ended up in the hot side...
