haute couture or high fashion stuff is very interesting.
it shows the designer's flare for extravagance.
fashionistas define it as:

"Hi-Fashion garments (of which only a single piece is produced). It’s extravagant, it’s irrational, it’s Unique and it’s totally unaffordable."

it's always a feast for the eyes.
i would never be able to grasp what haute couture truly is. all i know is that the shows are so much more colorful than pret-a-porter.
