US: Man from North Carolina grows world record watermelon

If our country could give a reward to a farmer to produce the biggest watermelon and reward them with 1 million php, can you just imagine what this would mean to them? And every time another farmer comes up with a bigger watermelon, the next farmer could get a prize say of 1,500,000.00 and the next farmer who beats the record gets 2,000,000.00. With this stimulus can you imagine each farmer trying all what they can do to innovate.

What we are is God's gift to us, what we become is our gift to God. This reward is nothing compared to the millions and billions that went down the drain. If the country can afford to give a 10 million reward for napoles capture, what is 1.0 million reward to a farmer who produces the biggest watermelon, or melon or fish.

Inspirations from Israel. Blessing the wine, turned the wine as HIS blood, that will be shed for all , so that sins may be forgiven. Do this in memory of ME. That was more than 2000 years ago. I hope JC someday will teach us to make better vineyards and wine.

Thanks for the info. Perhaps you can share what came out of that "incentive". Indeed there are many beautifully written RA's, or mandates for the people to grow and everything, again, sayang, it is all in writing. The rewards are nothing - not interesting to kick start, to get people to interact together, work as a group or as a team and share the fruits of their effort.
