This is a tactic ni Pnoy for a sure seat as 2nd term President. With some powerful officials jailed along the way and the approval of the FOI Bill, people will be very ecstatic. In his 2nd term as President and with FOI law as his weapon then convictions against these corrupt officials will be high.

Ug naka remember mo last week about sa statement ni Belmonte about sa FOI Bill, he said in 2016 ma approve na daw and even the Senate will be surprised daw. But who knows? Hope for the best.

Decade? Remember Pnoy became President on 2010. If its blame game then blame the previous Administrations for the delay. Like I said its only in these times naay justice nakuha. Ug dili ni credit ni Pnoy asa man nato ni ihatag ang credit?
Well, I don't know but MAYBE, just MAYBE because it was a Supreme Court decision, we give the credit to the Supreme Court? The decision was never the executive's mandate, it was a SC resolution.
Why are we too keen to credit it to him, then?

And if you're talking about PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATIONS again, do we exclude in the discussion the Aquino (Cory's) Administration who promised an agrarian reform program that would include the distribution of the HLI lands??

I will give you an outline how this issue of HL have come to light(MY OPINION)

    1. Midnight Appointment for Chief Justice Corona by then President Arroyo. For obvious reasons.
    2. Pnoy became President. He then proposed the Truth Commission. CJ Corona is aware of the consequence of the Truth Commission so he declared it unconstitutional. This made Pnoy mad. And sensing Pnoy is angry, CJ Corona tactically revived the HL issue and wants it distributed to the rightful owners. SO WHAT HAPPENS NOW IS WE THE FILIPINOS ARE MADE TO BELIEVE THAT PNOY WAS ANGRY OF CJ CORONA BECAUSE OF THE HL ISSUE BUT IT WAS NEVER THE HL DISTRIBUTION ISSUE BUT THE TRUTH COMMISSION THAT MAKES PNOY SO ****ING MAD. Pnoy felt so helpless because his program of "Tuwid na Daan" is hindered by Corona. And what happen is Pnoy aware of the consequences of his actions made a bold move and conspired to impeach Corona on SALN grounds and MAYBE some grease money along the way. "If you want to play dirt with me Corona then might as well I play your game".

But sadly until now the HL issue is still a lingering motive behind Corona's impeachment in people's mind. People so easily forget about the Wang2x, The truth commission, the midnight appointees.

I hope it shed light on you but like i said its my opinion.

Ani nalang let's wait for his term to end and judge him. Wala pa nahuman iyang term so lets not be judgmental. Ug ato ni siya i compare si Pnoy sa usa ka fictional character mura ni siya ug si Robin Hood.

Robin will steal food and money para ihatag niya sa mga pobre pero he is aware nga dili maayo iyang gibuhat. Pero iya gi sacrifice iyang kaugalingon para sa kaayuhan sa uban. So if there is a bribe jud nahitabo karon ni Aquino then he is aware of it nga dili maayo pero wala siyay choice kay iyang gitan'aw ang kaayuhan sa tanan. Haha maka pro-pnoy kay sa? Pero like I said neutral ko lol.

I honestly don't know what motivated PNoy to pursue the impeachment of Corona. However, I really disagree that the distribution of the HLI should be credited to PNoy just because CJ Corona revived the issue and distributed it to the farmers.
If it were that easy for Corona to do that, it should've been also too easy for the PNoy to readily distribute the HLI to the farmers without the SC resolution.

Are we waiting for the terms of everyone else to judge them?? What's makes him special then??
Is it neutral to hold PNoy in different standards as the rest of them?
