BTW, Egghead now has the Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro. It's a solid alternative to the ATH M50, at more or less the same price.

I think these will be my next project and hopefully will complete before the end of the BER months.
iBasso PB2 > iBasso DB2 > ATH-AD2000X or HD-600
I'll be selling my kidney to complete these rigs. The AD2000x is hard to get though.
Or perhaps i'll just skip on the DB2 and still have a complete set of kidneys?
Any thoughts?

Mao gyud sa balance interconnect but the only drawback is there is no angled Hirose connector
Dili lang ta mag branded kay makapurdoy ang presyo sa mga interconnect cables.
Naa sa ebay gabaligya per foot stranded silver 26 gauge para sa diy audio cables this will be the cheapest route.

otoh overkill naman tingali nga mag DB2 pa kay naa naman ko DAP, di ba?

More keen on having the AD2000X pero if maglisod ko HD600 nalang tingali easier to acquire pa. Pwede sad HD650 kay ok man daw ni nga combination sa PB2.

The only reason i'm interested on these combo is puwede ra siya portable.
Otherwise if pang desktop lang gyud mas ganahan ko ug tube amp. Valhalla tingali
Layo ra kaayo sa sound sa Solid State. OT: that amp on my avatar is a 5 watt tube amp.

just saw a Senn Momentum at Digital Walker, at P19400. at that price i could already get the HD-600. these guys know how to overprice lol

also they now have the Marshall monitor for audition. tried it but its not good at all.

The Marshall Monitor sounds so-so, not that great but not that bad either. Did you try out the Zinken, imo pretty good for the price

wa ko kitag Zinken didto. only marshall major and monitor. but i think same manufacturer rana sila. ni tagam nakos major nag regret ko ni palit ko ato and i lost it after 2 weeks pa jud lol

Ya I think same manufacturer as Urban Ears, Coloud and Marshall... The MajorFX sounds a bit better to me, can't say if the price increase is justifiable...
