okey, my suggertion is:
para ma wala ang ginagmayng tambok; jogging for 20min. 3 times a week
lift ka weights, ayaw lang sobra ka bog-at, kana ra ma kaya, at least 3 times a week. with two body part per session, then rest the part u did for one week, ayaw balik balika kay bad na.
watch youre diet, less carbohydrates, more on protien.
ayaw kalimot pag sit ups para mu gawas ang gi pangandoy nga beach bum :mrgreen:
