    sakto ka bro.,., wa koy supplement pero soya ako gi inom tang dalia maka paborot sa muscle ue,.,,.

    ok raman basta maka pahulay lng ka ug 4hrs before matulog.

    Kadlawn ko sa una since 24 hrs man ang gym.. Wa may blema, basta sakto lang kas pahuway..

    Ang di nako kaya kay ang "8pm in the night.."
