Worst Callcenter at the moment?

naka work nako ug 9 call centers all around cebu..

and my top 3 worst call center goes to

3. eperformax - kung training paka your are only paid 300/day
2. eperformax - if naa naka sa production ang imung break kay unpaid.. so instead of the regular 9 hours work. 7 1/2 hours calls, 1/2 hour break and 1 hour lunch. sa Eperformax 9 1/2 gyud ka mu work.. meaning you are expected to be logged in avaya for a whole 8 hours.. diba govt mandated mana nga at least we are given 30 minutes break sa tanang company?
1. eperformax - OT TY.. kay matud pa nila mu sunod daw cla sa 48hours/week sa goverment.. WTF dili na gani mu mu hatag ug break inyo pa gyud pa trabaho.on ang empleyado ug OT. so kung trainee paka expect nalang gyud nga normal rana nga naa ka sa opisina for 11hours everday.. WAY TO GO EMAX FOR SUCKING SO MUCH!

Good thing I don't think this way. Dugay ra jud unta ko nga nihawa sa eMax! Hehe

i beg to diasgree! teltech yes, wipro so-so! Kung dili sakng masinabtanon nga Sup kay hagbay rako ni babay sa CC..

hmmm.... Im still staying at the same CC here in cebu... Daghan ko reklamo but then I thought na human nature naman cguro na people see a lot and more attention to the bad side of the image man ata.

For now I admit Im not satisfied but then I still survive pa man. I can still pay my bills and have better salary than my non CC friends... I can't say na kulang ang sweldo kay naa naman cguro na sa pagtipid sa taw, my friends na resto manager, teacher, ga work sa 2go, ga work sa hotel, sekyu sa waterfront, gasboy sa petron, pahinante, tag iya sa gamayng grocery, nurse etc, they got smaller salary than I do but mas nindut pa ilang phone kesa sako, they have better stuff and they can give half of their salaries to their parents while I only give about 1/4 or sometimes 1/8 of my salary to my parents and the rest for my bills... and of course to satisfy my compulsiveness (but Im working on resisting it!)

so, for now, I can't identify the worst CC in ubec pa. pero I could say my company here in ubec is waaaay better than my previous CC in my province.


but looking back, I've learned so much from my previous company for being my stepping stone.

Grabeha ug mga reviews sa mga uban BPO oi. May gani naa japon ko dre sa JY for almost 5 years and backreading, wala pako kabasa ug nega comments sa akong employer. Dle nlng hinoon ko ganahan muresign dre da. Well, kinsa man sad ang ganahan kung libre ang meal, snacks, coffee, juice etc. and on time ang remittance sa gov't benefits ug labaw sa tanan ang sweldo ug incentives.

agree gyud ko ani naa raman gud na sa tao. kada employer naa man jud lahi lahi nga problema, its only a matter of how you deal with it man gud. pero ako so far sa pag work nako sa CC diha so far wa man koi ma istorya sa 3 ka CC nga akong g trabahoan. hehe.

yup.. it's true na nindot ang working environment sa SYKES but sad to say nagkabati na ang management and daghan na ang ng resign... daghan kaayo tenured dha pero nanghawa nah kay murag wala na cla na value.. mas g.value na nila ang mga bag.o kay masmakatipid sila sa sweldo... nag pa pirate nalang mi sa lain na CC kay we feel valuable there... hehehe
