Theres always the PREsumption of "Innocence unti proven guilty" and that thing they called DUE process.
this is to PROTECT rights of citizens from UNLAWFAL accusations.
pero dri sa Pilipinas ang mga taw kay Suspect or Alleged pa gani, iaccuse naman dayun without due process, tungod sa media ug immaturity, so if ma proven gani na "not guilty" ang accused, then ang mga taw maglagot tungod nag expect na daan ang mga taw sa result.
this kind of mindset sa pinoy ang i think pinaka bati aside from crab mentality.

I honestly did not know that there is due process in accusing someone.

I do understand the fact that you should not be convicted without due process, … but DUE PROCESS before you can accuse someone?

Seriously What law is that?

Have you ever had a father die because of due process?

How about any relative who died because of due process?

Have you been in a public/government hospital before and saw how many citizens are uncared and untreated because of due process?

Have you ever seen a person DIE IN A HOSPITAL because of due process?

Have you worked two jobs at the same time in highschool and college just to support yourself because of due process that your scholarship never arrives on time?

Have you worked for more than three and a half years and yet your SSS contributions only reflect 6 months because of due process?

Have you ever seen a policeman die in the course of duty because of due process he was not able to get the needed attention from our government hospital?

Have you seen soldiers fighting rebels and yet beg for food from the community because of due process?

IF you haven’t answered yes to any of the above, then with all “due process” sir, you should congratulate yourself in doing a good job shielding yourself of the harsh realities of life. Would you care to enlighten us how you did it?

Si Napoles and associates who are the suspects of a multi-Billion misuse of the citizen's money or ako nga ni agree lang sa idea nga bombahan ang Senate?

Comparing me to Napoles and the other accused individuals, am I the one accused of stealing BILLIONS of PESOS?

Am I living a life of luxury while millions of Filipinos are starving? Am I worse than Napoles and the other accused because even if I pay my taxes diligently, you say that I have crab mentality?

Are you saying that crab mentality is worse than stealing?

Due process you say? How many people have you ever heard of being convicted of graft, corruption, plunder or any related case where the person was convicted thru due process and stayed in jail until now?

Name me at least one who is still in jail.

Erap would have been an example and yet he is now serving again as a mayor. He did spend some time in jail but did he die there? He used due process to get out of jail and run again for mayor.

How many people die of hunger every year in the Philippines because of your due process?

How many people die in hospitals every year because your due process stalled them forever.

Don't get me wrong, I do observe the laws and order of the land that is why I fall in line for hours for clearances and such and not pay fixers of any sort. I pay my tax diligently even if I know that a very small percentage of it is being used properly, if there is any at all.

Pwede nimu ma explain sir @burn777 kung asa man ang mas dako ug impact, ang usa ka tawo nga ni uyon lang sa us aka violent method or si Napoles na accused of being the handler/mastermind of making dummy companies to enable some politicians to hide the people’s taxes and enabling them to use it for their advantage and empowerment?
Based sa imu pag like sa gi ingon si cebugdev about crab mentality and adding your own thoughts to it, you are saying that I have crab mentality. Kasabot ba jud ka unsay crab mentality sir? Paki explain kuno sir palihug.

Sa ako pagsabot, ang crab mentality is kana imu da-uton ang usa ka tawo like for example co-worker nimu na same level unya siya kay ma promote, imu himu-on, imu siya da-uton para dili ma promote. Or let us say manager na siya, imu gi daut, para ma futbol sa trabaho niya and then ikaw ma puli. Mao na crab mentality sir.

In my case sir, whatever I say in this forum, wala na epekto sa kaso ni Napoles ug sa mga accused. I am just airing out the frustrations I have against the accused. IF they are found to be innocent from such accusations, then I do accept that decision no matter how upset it might make me.

I won’t even try to convince you how hard my life is. So anyone now who talks about how they feel about this issue is a very poor individual with a bad case of crab mentality.

If you run for politics sir @burn777, I am quite confident that you would be a great politician because you still managed to blame the citizens who are the obvious victims and turned them into culprits. Basically, how I understand it, what you are saying is that everyone who is poor has no one to blame for it but themselves and the rich people like you should not do anything about it neither fight for the rights of the poor?

Kanindot paminawon nga makita nimo gipangpusasan na hinay2x ang mga baboy. I keep my hopes high ani. Ang atoa lang dili ni nato ibaon sa kalimot. Mao na padayon ta ani hangtod maniguwang ta hangtod dili makabayad ang naay sala.
