Haven't tried.. but I read an article once comparing these 2, and remember it saying magento is the better one. forgot exactly the reasons, you can try to search it.

dili ko sure kung na improve na ni karon sa magento. pero medyo taas ang learning curve ani.. + bug -at.

taas bitaw bro pero dali kung gamitan soap magento -plain siya pagka php pero iya bypass ang magento using soap api
