    God is merciful.
    Euthanasia = mercy killing

Are you more merciful than God

    Use Euthanasia in a sentence:

Di na siya Virgin kay na Euthan-Na-Sia

    nobody is immortal, correct.
but we have the right to die, no.

I think that Euthanasia can be legalized provided that execution will have to involve Authorities for proper assesment and investigation of the situation. This assesment and investigation should cover scenarios like below and requires legal proceedings.

    > in case the living parties have ill wishes for the patient, having the intent to kill the patient for profitable or personal reasons. Investigation will cover ruling out of this possibility, any inch of doubt against the living parties will devoid the whole validity of the case, thus will terminate the plan
    > investigation should also cover looking into medical details of the case, if whether the patient at least have reached a minimum of 1% chance of surviving, considering all medical historical records. This will need assistance of a medical expert to conduct the whole assesment.
    > Provided that the attending parties have tha capacity to shoulder the cost of the whole assesment procedure as this will be conducted/facilitated by a licensed private practicioners and will be subject to proffessional charges and fees. The government, though should have representation as another layer of Authority. This is to eliminate the possibility of connivance.
    > The patient should be in a state wherein even surviving will guarantee a 99% uselessness and purposelessness. This should be done through a declaration from a medical expert. This is already included in the assesment and investigation as deemed called for
    > the attending parties should also submit to series of psychological tests etc to prove that everyone is sane and is amendable to the whole procedure

daghan pa jud mga considerations dapat e undertake to finally arrive at a sound decision. what I have above are just a few of them that I think will rule out possibilties that arent favorable to the patient. we are talking about a "life" and its irreversible and irreplaceable and should be treated with utmost importance and respect. wa pa gani labot ani kung ang patient is still conscious and is involved in the whole decision or even is the one asking to end his own life.

wala lang, idea lang ning akoa . I wanted to share a scenario where I was involved in making a decision in ending the life of a human being, I could say that that decision was sound and logical but I chose to just share some insights on how possible this thing can be legalized.

    just my 2 cents

Euthanasia is NOT about RIGHT to Die, its about RIGHT to KILL. Know the difference.

Euthanasia is like killing someone to end the suffering pero kung ikaw ang ning buhat ana mura sad kag ikaw ang ning patay pwdi sad ka makasuhan ug murder and negligence/malpractice. if ang patient sad ang mo end sa life nila suicide..

the difference is sa perspective sa tao,

Right to die, kay ako mismo ang ni "okay" nga mamatay, whereas right to kill (to kill who? myself?) or another person?

  10. #190
Wla man maka buot sa who has the right to die or not, not even the person who wants to die because in the end, mamatay ra ta tanan so why not live our natural lives until the end?
