Is it healthy for someone wanting to lose weight to eat veggie salad, fish for five straight days
then lil rice lunch time on weekends?
I'm running third week now with the diet but I eat half cup rice with fish sometimes for lunch
for carbo and protein since I work out weekdays...
I'm not allowed to eat pork btw. As for chicken lean meat, d na kaau ko mo eat.

likay ug mga red meat,rice nga daghan..isda lang ang protein.as much as possible kay everymeal naa kay soup.. ako kay I always want nga taga meal naay utan jd like utan nga law-oy kay barato rah(daghan mn pd gd mi kamunggay ug mga root crops sa balay) likay lang jd ug kaon daghan then exercise..like walking, jogging..basta paningtod ka.. ug kadasig nga mo pursue sa imong GOAL kay dili mn jd ni xa one seating nga goal. for some reason mo abot sa point nga ma pul.an ka like nko but wala may sayun nga nindot ang result.. if magdali ka permi wala jd effect..pasenxa ug kakugi ang key ani...
