    Afternoon ko pa singot til night.

    Cardio with treadmill
    Legs, arms, tummy exercises (crunches pinaka hate jud nako lols)
    Cardio again

    Then rest...

    Sayaw napod for an hour

    Then suroy2x sa mall...
