update: naa ko back pain.. maybe from all the slouching pahuwai sah ko next week will incorporate weights then finish off with insanity (short cut version.. hehehe, I hate you pure cardio!<-kay wai shortcut)
Man, what a journey.. Finally a graduate of Insanity.. bag-o rako nahuman sa akong last day.. instead of doing fit test, I did a pure cardio.. since wala man sad ko nagtrack sa akong records, nag pure cardio nalang ko.. I Lost a total of 25lbs.. karon murag medyo pahuway sa ko gamay from intense training.. mag jog jog lang sa ko sa treadmill..
