Noteblitz: That's understandable. You cannot expect a company operating for just a year to have all benefits in place. What they have prioritized now are those basic benefits you expect a company should offer. Matters like Retirement benefits are still in discussion and should be aligned with their global policies.
Rarang: It depends. If your qualifications fit for the job profile they're hiring then the whole application process could only take 3-5 days.

I've heard they are offering big compensation up to 150k..A friend of mine, said that her friend from Manila who's working at Petron Philippines was interviewed here in Cebu, Daimler pay for the hotel and air travel expenses for her, just to conduct the said interview and the initial offer is 100k..
1. I have no expectations for Daimler;
2. I simply stated what I have heard and what I know;
3. Even used the word "daw" in "daghang nadani sa pagsugod tungod DAW..";
4. I said compensation is a case to case basis;
5. Don't lecture me on what a 1 year old versus a 20 year old organization can and can't do;
6. Perhaps you should try using "we" in your statements for a more suggestive tone like "WE cannot expect.."
7. You seem to know a lot for an outsider to actually say "retirement benefits are STILL in discussion.."
