Im a Bdo user , so far ok rman akoa experience pag mawala ang imuha card syempre mu ask jud na ug affidavit, naa sad na sila gitawag ug processing time frame so maghulat jud ta, dha nata mo conclude nga bati kung atoa na kwarta mismo ang mawala hehehehe...

TS standard protocol ra jud na ila gbuhat...bisan any other banks would require such documents...but I understand how frustrating it is ky it will take time pa para madebit balik imo funds...sa manila pa man gud ilaha investigation team before na nla e release ang funds cyber investigation will happen then the team will coordinate sa imo bdo branch (where you opened the accounts) for conclusion.

Normally it will take 5-7 working days before nimo makuha imo card. Naka experience sad ko ani but wala lng nakaon akoa card...wala lng nagdispense ug cash but na deduct sa akoa account.

All banks have their own SOP's magdepende sad sa klase sg banks like thift banks, commercial banks and etc..

with regards to loss sa ATM card, investment certificates, etc, SOP na hinuon magkuha affidavit of loss then naa ny form ang BDO ana nga pa notaryohan. if you know it beforehand, di nmn ka makurat so mas taas2 na ang patience, hehe..
