Well, we can't expect every mayor to be like that. He is one of a kind. If ever some mayors will follow that, something fishy might be going on.

That's the thing. Most of the people tend to say that mayors should be like Duterte. Well, it is his strategy as what @lifeisbeyeeutiful pointed out.

Okay may I rephrase myself..

What I meant about my first post about other
public servants doing the same thing like Duterte's
way of handling things, it doesn't have to be the
exact strategy but BE MORE HANDS ON. How?

Whatever floats their boats. As long as we need to
see some ACTIONS and not just merely PRESS
RELEASES - things we want to hear yet nothing.

LIP SERVICE is not synonymous to PUBLIC SERVICE.
