Killing someone would be a concern in the first place depende tingali sa scenario especially mo sukol ang culprit. And duterte is prepared to this kind of incident(get armed and use vest)

so kung ma timingan cya maka ingon tingali tag killed in the side line of duty lol

I agree that it is commendable to go beyond your scope as the city's chief. However, if he ensures his peoples' safety and not his then that is totally unacceptable. Why not join his security team as look-out and use one of his policemen as a disguise taxi driver. Sounds better?

Let's not wait until we will hear a news that the mayor killed a hold-upper himself (hello CHR?) and worst, the disguised taxi driver (mayor) is killed by the hold-upper. If the latter happens, who's negligence would that be?

The late Jessie Robredo HAS THE BALLS also in making difference over Naga City. He goes also in streets, not a disguised taxi driver but a simple man yet doing his job as the mayor -- monitors and listens to his constituents' problems and doing actions after.

Well, we can't expect every mayor to be like that. He is one of a kind. If ever some mayors will follow that, something fishy might be going on.

That's his strategy Cliff and good it worked to his advantage.
Same goes for Duterte, he works best going around town
because he feels more effective that way.

No matter how smart you are or equipped with machinery,
if you've got no strategy that works best for you then nothing
good will come out of it.

    Different strokes for different folks
