One effective way to know the true situation of the streets of Davao,
he made his personal assessment doing it when the streets are at ease no tension for the mayor is not around.

Its a risky activity for a mayor. And it is not his job to do that. There are other ways for him to closely monitor his city without going into incognito.

yep it's risky but when doing this he is accompanied with his troops and also being prepared for the worse. At least iya ni gi buhat bahalag risky go gihapon cya para mangunay og pakisayod and also not in a showy way. Di parehas sa uban cge ra storya wa d i gi buhat.

    I beg to differ Cliff.

There's a thin line difference between a true politician or someone by title only.

A true public servant goes out of his way to ensure that everyone is safe on the streets.
On the other hand, someone who works by his title alone is only mindful within his scope.

I rather go for the latter

Yes. I've read in another news article that he was accompanied by his security team using two pick-up trucks. Now, did he expect to kill someone?

I believe what you mean is the first.

The mayor has the command responsibility over his city and that is one of his job. Being responsible does not direct him to get full hands by doing others job like nightly patrolling. Its the police job. People should fear the law and not a person.

If you think that way cliff then our nation will never progress
coz you put yourself in a box and not proactively doing something
that would benefit the welfare of the people.

We can't wait around for people who's negligent of their job.
