hahays..still waiting for a POSITIVE Change... upgrade speed

currently @ plan 999 w/ consistent 1.5mbps sa speedtest.. grrrr

Well, this is just unfair, same old same old ko sa plan 1299 nga 1mbps japon.

murag kinahanglan ka mag upgrade ug plan bai. Amoa 1299 (with landline) ko sauna, ang speed nako ato 1mpbs ra ghapon even after sa pagannounce nga maupgrade nadaw ang speed ana to 2mbps. So nanawag ko nya ana cla sept - oct pa daw ma implement ang bagong speed para sa tanan. Kay dili man ko kahuwat nga mutaas ako speed, ni upgrade kog katong 1600 (3mpbs with phone). Mao to 3mpbs worth na akong 1600 plan instead nga 2mpbs ra ta na xa sauna. Haha masabtan raba ako pag explain? xD

Ang mga bundled plans mura'g wala pa ma upgrade. Ang kato pang mga Plan 999 pataas.

uu bay, pero ang uban man gud is 999, pero 3 mbps na, so common sense unta nga for their customers who are paying more should be prioritized or should be given the same thing as the new customers. T_T

then nganung ako wala paman changes sa akong speed... pag july pako ng pa upgrade from plan 1299... karon 1.5mbps ako makuha...

Wow!! Naa na diay plan 999 ang Fibr sa PLDT? Hala ipa upgrade na to nako amo oiiii!

just a piece of advice. I called pldt 172 a while ago, told the rep that i'm an existing 999 dsl user then told her that i already called last week but then the other rep told me that the 3mb upgrade would be completed at the end of august, so i told her that its already september and my speed is still 1.5(pakilo-oy) then gi hold ko niya sa call kay naa daw xa i-configure..

hi mga ser ask lng ko ang among plan kay 1299+phone+telpad(old subscriber) pila ta dapat iyang speed for this plan?
1.5mpbs man ang speed ani... sakto raba ni?

akoa intawn diri gakamang sa 0.8Mbps plus no dial tone ang landline..
ni email na ko sa pldt.. wa pa may action oi..
