Am using CM 10.1.2 nightlies (JB 4.2). Tried Paranoid 3.5 (JB 4.3) pero dili mo run ang Titanium ug walay option for tether even with trying to use the stock tether hack.

Its a better option now to use stock JB 4.3, install custom recovery, root it, use wifi tether hack and install the 4.3 mms.apk (install in \System\App directory) from 4.3 n4. then i have created activity shortcuts (need to use Apex or Nova launcher for your to be able to create one) on my desktop just to get the features i would usually use from under the hood.

Yes you can , even with the first gen , or capacitive touch screen devices
