    Lightbulb lay-away vs installment

hi everyone (mods please transfer if it won't fit here)

i just want to make a clear clarification for lay-away plan and installment..

i'm planning to venture in selling gadgets from US and a lot are inquiring if it's installment basis.
i was thinking of lay-away instead 'cause we don't accept CC ky wala mi anang POS para ka swipe-pan ky this is also a sideline business lang..

im afraid man gud na if installment cya, after makuha ang gadget, dili na unya mubayad or magpakita.
kaysa sa lay-away na dapat mabayran daan before makuha ang device.

what would be more appropriate for this kind of sideline business?
and if lay-away, how many gives man is the maximum?
we also need a statement of agreement for this right? so that there's a written documentation of the purchase.

    please enlighten.

any transaction that requires payment in any form, much better naay agreement and receipts (ang type of receipt will depend sa transaction ninyo--purchase order, acknowledgement receipts, official receipt when fully paid, etc).

kasagaran set-up ky kuha na daan ang product upon downpayment then installment na dayon pero if naay mo sugot nga ayha ra makuha ang product after ma fully paid na, much better pra di ka ma alkansi.

ideally, mas higher ang price sa deferred payments than that of spot cash.

in-ani nga negosyo, sabot2x ra gyud ni, hehe.... usahay, you need to adjust sa customers pero pilion lang gyud.

Kasagaran nag pa "lay away" kay katong mga businesses nga naay "pangalan." I would never trust my money to someone nga ang negosyo naa ra sa balay or dili gani registered business. Granted nga you're stable, popular and registered entity, mas okay ang lay away plan kay secure imong business plus you get the most out of it -- mas dugay mabayran, mas dako imong interest nga makuha. With regard sa imong prices, ikaw ra mismo maka answer ana kay ikaw man nakabalo how much is the cost to run your business. Still, the best way is to "feel" the market para ma bal-an nimo how much is the appropriate selling price.

Sa lain bahin, if you're planning to throw away your items through installment basis, I suggest you do some serious background checking and/or better yet ask for post-dated checks para naa kay habol in case gusto ni buyer impason lang sa away.

Okay ng written document para klaro gyud ang transaction but don't expect it nga gamiton nimo para mag husay mo didto atubangan sa husgado? Nobody would want to pay a lawyer para lang gukdon nimo ang balanse nga dyes mil diba? Hinuon, magamit gyud na nimo ang dokumento para ig lalis ninyo didto sa Barangay Hall, naa kay ikapakita.

Daghan gyud huna hunaon kung mag business ka.. so good luck.

^ daghan gyud labad sa ulo.

di malikayan nga daghan joy reservers, gikuha na ang item unya di npud ganahan ky mao ni mao na pero okay ra diay to ang item and worst di na nimo mabaligya sa lain same sa brand new price ky gilaksian na ang seal or ang protector. dapat taas2x imong pasensiya ani.

if inato style, mag start jud sa friends and friends of friends pero usahay ang friendship ang ma at stake ani. bisan kaila ra much better if mangayo gyud ka PDC's ky sa panahon nga magkalisod, possible kaayo ma ty.

Daghan napildi anang inato/friendship style nga negosyo but yeah it's a good way to start your business after all, nobody knows your friends better than you diba?

as much as possible, cash jud bya ang mas maayo (if kaya sa ilang budget)
but i'm not catering to all yet ky lage, still starting pa and going with the flow of the kind of business.

i'm just trying to weigh things on what should be much better para di ko ma-alkansi ani..
i know how it feels anang magpa-utang ka na di na magpa ramdam or whatsoever ky i've been there and kapoy kaayo cgeg gukod.

i'm opting for lay-away gyud ky if di man gne cla mka bayad on-time, both of us ma alkansi gyud ky sa akong side, wala mahalin ang item but naka ginansya ko, then sa ilang end, wa cla makahuman ug bayad, wala pa gyud clay nakuha..

but that is still an idea...

ang downside sa lay-away ky naa man establishments nga ga offer og installment payments if you have CC which in turn mogamay ang bracket sa imong possible market.
