    Do you guys still believe in the integrity and honesty of our gov't officials? Sadly we can no longer trust on any of them. From the lowest position to the highest.
    Major projects, major kickbacks. But, to some, it's better than no project at all. That is pathetic.

    Now, kung mga proven ang violations ani na process, naa kahay ma silotan? Igo ra na nila usbon ang process, lain na sad na strategy.

    same old song same old stories, they could have improve the current one instead... short run-way? they could have extended it towards the sea.... MCIA us not as busy as NAIA... unsaon naman ni karon nga kuhaon naman ang PDAF? naa pa kahay interested mo sponsor...pero kung i privatize and operation and management na basin maka kita patag kalamboan...

    korek ne, gepanguyawan ng mga empleyado sa mciaa kay under PPP naa man mga department/division mawala. daghan makulban sa kaldero nga mga empleyado kay mga gurang na na kasagaran nanrabaho diha dili na puwede etransfer sa private. pero ang funding ane nga project dili ne kuhaon sa pdaf, dili ko sure basin BOT scheme ne. kung BOT ne wala kaayo makawat ang mga buwaya ane kay ang contractor man nga gasto.

    Thats why ilang gi one-on-one private meeting ang mga bidders kung kinsa maka hatag cguro ug dako. which is not allowed


    Regarding sa Employees sa MCIA:

    Based on the structure of the PPP project, landside operations at the existing terminal building will be
    transferred to the private sector, while the MCIAA will continue to operate and maintain airside
    facilities at the airport. For a fixed period from the turnover of landside operations from MCIAA to the
    Private Proponent, MCIAA employees associated with operations of the landside facilities shall assist
    the Private Proponent with handing-over of operations of landside facilities.
    The private proponent shall be free to hire resources on its own, as per mutually agreed terms and
    conditions
    as long as the terms and conditions agreed upon are not contrary to law, morals, customs,
    public policy or public order.

    this is a good start, our airport should be manage by the private sector.
