08-28-2013, 02:38 PM #36I actually have a feeling of overpricing but not kickback. Looking at some searches, the price of a flagpole ranges from .8 to .9 million. The 7.8 million flagpole project is the total cost of the project -- which also includes importation of the pole, removal of the existing pole, strengthening and other construction works.
