\Loving someone is a decision and moving on is also a decision that YOU would have to make... But it will not happen overnight.. Might be torture undergoing the process, but you will eventually get there..

I am currently in the process of moving on from another failed relationship.. some days I want to just sleep and wake up and know that I am fine because I can't take the loneliness, the memories and the hurt anymore..

But I know that I will get out of this a changed person... stronger and better...

That feeling of rejection is too powerful it can bring you to tears or lose self-worth or confidence... probably in a short while pero para naku in some ways bisan unsa pa reason sa break up naa gyud nang feeling either feeling rejected or sadness/loneliness nga wala na siya... "change" mo nay word. Especially kung makauyab na, in some ways pud maapektuhan ka nga sa una kaw ang pinangga kaw ang love and then karon lain na.


grabe jud na! im planning to break up with my bf kay sobra na jud iyang gbuhat nko but bec im thinking i cant move on right away mao dli pud ko kahimo, we've been together for almost 4 years na gud, i hope i can really have confidence in doing it coz i really need to do it also

4yrs? hey, that must be something and not an easy accomplishment...why not think bout everything first before breaking up? i mean, try to rekindle the love and preserve the foundation...those times spent, laughters shared and those twinkling moments that you thought everything was perfect..dba sayang? save it...learn and grow from it...but if you really have to break up with him, dont wait for the time when things become complicated...when both of you will be tangled up in a web of confusion and desperation...im not here to say na i know everything, all i want you to see is the fact that you have undergone 4 yrs of ups and downs...4 yrs of laughters and tears...4 yrs of love-lost and found...4 yrs of joy and pain...those moments...special moments that is.. :mrgreen:

it depends kung unsa mo kadugayon...but for me, kung d kaau mo dugay maybe days ok nana cya basta lingawon lng nmu imng self gd. but kung years na cguro mo mura moving on is hard to do that instant. but trying is the best!!! :mrgreen:

mao lage na mga guys dali ra au mo bounce back. but of course this cannot be attributed to guys or girls only.
it would really depend on the person and how deep the past relationship had been.

for me lisod au e move on after a relationship because i dont do flings and such.
depende rana kung how badly i was hurt and how afected i had been because of it.
