We've been on this place just this Aug 2013.
The place is very nice and highly recommended for a big family or groups that are on budget. This is perfect if you're looking for a simple, laid-back and budget friendly place. Not for people who are looking for a luxury, hotel, resort kind of accommodation.

Php 4,500 for 10 persons and 100/head for the excess of 10. Children are free of charge. You can cook and can use their kitchen utensils, stove, refrigerator, no corkage on foods and drinks, Ambiance is very good (you can feel a very relaxing, laid-back place away from the busy City life), the beach is clean and the water is crystal clear. Free WiFi connection is also available.

Other plus is you can buy cheap and fresh-catch fish in the market nearby or some local fishermen.
KAtong didto mi, nagdala mi mga baon (humba, adobo, fried chicken) pero the whole duration sa stay, isda ra jud ako pirmi gi kaon (breakfast, lunch, dinner)... lamia sa presko isda oi, sugba ug kilaw... hmmmmm.. ahak, gutom nuan ko ga huna-huna.. hahahaha..
