Curious? This is how we usually go about our orders..
1.) Client may give a type of design he/she prefers through pictures/sketches or may also choose have one sketched for her. Communication will be made through FB or email.
2.) Price depends on the design and the amount or kind of fabric used. The client can choose to set a budget we can work with. Quotation will be given as soon as the design is finalized.
3.) Client schedules a meet-up for final approval of materials and design. After which, the client is required to pay 50% of the total amount as downpayment.
4.) Please allow us at least 1 week production time for gowns and at most 5 days for RTWs. (Some days may be faster than others, it all depends on our production that week so please feel free to contact us.)
5.) Actual measurements are taken during the meet-up to minimize adjustments.
6.) Clients are free to have the items adjusted until he/she is fully satisfied but any alteration on the design after the downpayment has been made, will be subject to charge.
