    hi guys, naa ko pangutana sa mga peeps nga nka overcome na or nag undergo gihapon sa ilang mga panic/anxiety attacks... naa b mo gipamalit n mga otc drugs n mka tabang pag labang sa attack? at least temporarily ba, although recommended mn jd ang therapy... ang attacks nko gd mu happen whenever im in the office, pero kng ako ra usa mag lakaw sa ngit2 nga dalan sa kadlawn nya naay mga kuyaw ug nawng nga tambay sa kilid wa jd kulba... atay ani oi...

    or.. naa moy ma recommend nga psychiatrist? di ko kbaw asa mu duol gd...

    In my case, i'd go to gym or do heavy exercise, jogging, biking or anything to get rid sa thought na mobalik cya in this way kapoyon na imo mind mo anticipate nga mo balik og attack. Another thing sad, i'd avoid watching or listening mga news nga puro negative i'd rather tune in to a more relaxing channels. If dili gyud ma control, e tagay nalang nako...hahaha

    im having this now lang mo 2 week na ni after sa death ako lola hadlukan ko pero d man phobia then after na pila ka adlaw na in.ani nako d ka tulog ika gabi.e as in nia panington nia mag pas2x heart rate kana tanan gi ingun (((((((((((((((((((((((((((( maka paranoid kaau huna hunaon nga in.ani ta bah imbis happy person man ta ko before karun laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang jud ni (((((((((((((((haaaaaaaaays Lord mayta mawala nani oi ((((((((((

    before mag panik attack jud ko. due to always night shifts + stress + always eating unhealthy food (baboy fatty foods). Even riding taxi's and long walks sa mall mu kalit gyud og paspas ako Heartbeat then leading to Panik attacks. karon after a year happy to say im feeling better naay big improvement. What i did stay fit ( do sports like badminton, basketball and short joggings) and eating healthy more more vegies! btw ni stop gyud ko work para lang ani. nag decide gyud ko stop sko work gai it will only get worst or I will not improve. HTH

    Good for u sir ako nag anam2x na nuon ko ug ka ok pero wala pa japun kaau mawala mo two weeks nani xa nia naa may improvements. Hadlukan kaau ko gud nia mag huna huna ug negative thoughts mao ni naka pa anxiety nq. Anyone here can share gi unsa nn.u pag cope inyong panic or anxiety attack?
