Pila na ka days/ weeks gkan sa onset sa injury? Dapat fully recovered na xa bossing. Strengthening exercises nlang dayun ta diretso sa imu gait, para way kalas time, way kalas kwarta.

yep sakto si sir bleeding boi...

naa na e prescribe kung pila ang pwede ma weight bear sa imung fractured metatarsals e follow lang jud ang weight bearing nga gi prescribe sa doctor(thats in percentage accdg to ur bodyweight) para paspas mo heal ang bone kai accdg to wolffs law, bone heals in response to stress put upon it.

but dont put max weight unless the doctor tells you to, to avoid refracture.. ang main focus sa PT sa imung case is i think ma overcome ang effects sa imung immobilization like swelling, imung pain, limited range of motion, ang strength sa immobilized muscles and improve walking. goodluck sir

full weight na sir? or with crutches or cane?
IMO. that skin discoloration is due to your injury and slow/decreased blood flow since you didnt walk for 3 months and idk with your exercise... 1month pa ang imong paglakaw, i presume weak pa na imong lower leg muscles.. kani limited ra ang tubag ani.. since wala mn mi kakita sa imong tiil... if signs & symptoms persists, consult your doctor...

4 months is actually quite early to report anything abnormal. So ipa fully recover lang imu foot. One reason for that discoloration is Raynaud's syndrome, which hinders blood circulation on that region, especially when temperature is cold. Another thing, usually after 6 months, the only discoloration on your foot, should only be the incision. If it's over 8 months, and still naa pa discoloration, have a podiatrist check it.
