    sakto jud si @baboy...way shortcut ana...parehas ra sad na giunsa nimo pag gain ug weight...way shortcut...imo usa usapon ang pagkaon...start slowly and your body will adapt...determination is always the key...para ra jud na sa kaayohan sa atong lawas ang pag lose ug weight...you'll feel good inside out

    Tried the no gym weight loss thing and it never worked. Cost me money with no results so here's what I did:

    1. Decide you want to lose weight and stick to it
    2. Cardio, cardio, cardio [at least 30 mins a day] I use a stationary bike for my cardio
    3. Smaller portions if food [smallest portion should be carbs]
    4. Fit and Right during and after workout [while your metabolism is high]

    Rinse and repeat. I lost 35 lbs in 7 months [215 lbs to 180 lbs]

    if you do stationary bike, try to make it challenging like from jog/fast walk to sprint. Or pick up those weight plus eat healthy

    mga bro, unsay maau ani, jog 1st 30 to 45mins then strength workout or strength then jog para kahuman cool down daun?..naputol man gd ang akong pag gym2x kunuhay diri, last time straight man gd from january to May, then on off na sa succeeding months up to now. (tapolan nasad ko usahay)..gabii ra diay ang akong exercise kay work man gd ko sa buntag until 6pm.

    pwd mangayu ug advice.
