You can even get good speakers without paying them anything except meals and accommodations.
Depende sa diskarte. I work for a Forbes 500 company and I did it in the past and can do it again in the future.
Salig ni sila na na-a kwarta pwede ra i-gasto.

By the end of the day, most government officials still fail to apply what has been taught palang sa school. Honesty, dedication and hard work.

    pag sure mo oi ...
yep. my boss offers sessions as small as 1, 10 or hundreds. His big gig? 2days straight seminar went up for $300k Hotel Accomodations etc not included. That's 2 days. Big or Small Companies, Government Agencies etc need to have new ideas to innovate... that's where they get ideas flowing. Apple Computer has regular seminars for their employees from their own innovational keynote speaker Mr. Jobs himself.

Mao nay usa sah mga permi icomplain sah mga tao. wala gamit ang seminar, libre ra dapat. etc. katong modawat ug libre keynote? how effective or good are they?

what basis do you have nga ang speaker moy naka mahal? kaila ka kinsa ila speaker?

what if this was the same seminar from the previous 33? kaso mas dako lang ang gasto sa ila function

nope, don't have any idea who's who. But where talkin about the cost for the seminars, ingon rako nga so-so rana nga gasto sah ciudad but "provided high-end" speakers etc nah. so chillax. I'm on your side. jeez.

provided nga high end. the problem would be if the seminar was the same as the previous ones, which would not justify the cost.

this may not be the exact fees but at least we get the idea

if you want to hire donald trump he's at the $100,000+ range, around P4-5 million

It would be much cheaper to buy technology literatures
and provide towards the needful, let them read and learn.
I think that would be more effective than the summarized way
    of oral lectures and seminars.
