yeah just get it from Tri-J,..... they might have something on display,..... if not they can order you one,...
i havn't been to Tri-J Mandaue,...... i used to go to Tri-J Basak (south of cebu) coz Jason is always there,....(its there main branch)

Yup, Tri-J has them also. If ever you're gonna buy exhaust, choose spoon type (not necessarily the original one since its a bit expensive) it has a smaller tip pero it sounds way cooler than those big mufflers na you could easily say "tingog ray dako". Naa sad sa Autofocus, look for Stephen or the owner Irwin. Maka hangyo ka depende sa imo diskarte. If you can speak chinese (maski numbers lang) talk to the owner. Naa sad nindot muffler sheepdog dir sa Mandaue dapit padung sa new bridge -forgot the name pero they carry the sheepdog brand nad its quite good

unsa na cams nakataod bro? la ko maswito sa sohc but for dohc, mag upgrade gani ka ug mas aggressive na cams (more aggressive than type-r) useless lang if wala kay box. aw di jud useless pero di magamit ang full potential. like skunk2 stage 2, kung tanawn nimo sa dyno graph, mu make pa siya power upto 9k-10k rpm unya ang stock box sa b16a mu cutoff at around 8.2k. and with that, you have to upgrade your valvetrain as well. bisag di paka mu rev ana ka taas, di gihapon na kaya sa stock valvetrain kay taas man ug lift ang s2s2.
pero naglibog jud ko aning d15b, naa koy na ilhan na ej civic (esi pero coupe) stock internals ug box d15b i/h/e lang dagan man ug 15 flat. sa pag tono pud siguro

Anyway, PO8 na ako box and im using the PH na pistons para hi-comp & stage 1 na cam. Fuel mods daw kulang sulti ako friend pero Im not entirely convinced kay wa man upgrade sa box. To make things short, should I buy the fuel rail?

i was gonna tell you to go FI (as wat tuwad said) but since you dont have the budget just get the fuel rail but also get a fuel pump / fuel pressure regulator while your at it
(it would make big differnce if u change ur ECU or atleast a piggy back)
since your gonna keep that engine,.... do a "rotational weight reduction"
your goal is 14 seconds right,..... i dont know but,..... that sounds kinda hard with out FI,..... your gonna have to do some sick weight reduction and tuning,.....
