We need more Prop both in Private and Public schools.
Too bad, good teachers are influenced by no-good
ones because its a dog-eat-dog world out there.

You'll never understand the problem until you are
in the system. The dedicated teachers have become
extinct because they had no choice but to go abroad
for greener pasture or for some they shift careers to
survive. You can never be effective in teaching or
serving other people on an empty stomach. That's a
    sad fact of life.

Mismanagement of funds and abusive of power are
culprits to this sad state of our Education system.
What motivated this is simply man's petty greed.

it was ironic that one professor with a PhD in psychology committed suicide just recently... a thread here about him was removed though.

see the corrosive irony in that? psychology and suicide?

Different people deal with a similar situation differently... sadly, naay uban di najud nila makaya & they just give up..

    People have different coping mechanisms.
A support system always comes in handy
but not all people who are troubled would
    admit that they need help.

    I beg to differ bro.
It's human nature that we vary in how we deal with life's pressures.
That's what make us so unique from the others. Majority of the survival
skills that people practice are not merely from books that they've read
in school but it's from the experiences they encounter through out their
    lives.
