Most of the owners of the HD 598 burn their headphones for 40 Hours or 3 to 4 days before their cans settles in. Mine i used white noise, my playlist and barbie girl by aqua (somebody suggest this one in one of the audiophile forums, oks man sad ang result), hehehe..

I suggest sad to use highest bitrate as much as possible such as 320kbps or FLAC and cd's because the 598's are so good at reproducing what is given to them. And invest for a good portable headphone amplifier to experience the multiple eargasm, lols..

Thanks sa info.. FLAC ang ako gipaggamit krn.. kaso dili lng saba ang mga tukar.. mga classical lng.. hehehe.. naa pud nakasuggest nko nga pabuntagan lng kuno ang cans on FM. Ok raman pud kaha tong sa treoo nga balikbalikon lng hangtod buntag? ky plano nko for krn nga night, kato akong gamiton. i repeat lng.. hehehe.. unsa diay mga songs ang naa sa imong playlist? hehehe..

Mao pa pud na next target nko.. FiiO X3 ug FiiO E12 (tiguman pa)

Ganina rjud ko buntag nangayo updates pero wala pa estimated date ang X3. International price naa sa 200USD.. mahal2x pero considering the features murag the next bang-for-the-buck player..some reviews are in na pod.

naka audition ko aning HD598 sa Egghead months ago, one of the guys there unboxed it and asked me to try it, unfortunately it didnt suit my taste and he was giving me a weird look lol. proof that audition is still better than reviews with your ears being your best judge. lahi-lahi man tag listening preference.

mao jud cguro na gamit sa burn-in bai.. ky tungod bag.o pa kaau to imong gisulayan, maong wala pa kaau ni gawas ang optimum response sa cans? hehehehe..
