as what i've heard from my sources the incident involved a passerby ( i think it was a female student / worker basta babay) who slipped dnha sa may bank area tungod sa waste water from a live fish vendor. At the sight sa babaye nga na slide..the fish vendor laughed boisterously ( i would assume lalaki cya) causing a further insult to injury to the passerby. Mainly due to embarrassment the passerby reported the incident to BOMBO radyo and blamed the city officials for not being able to discipline the vendors who are not only causing traffic on the pedestrian lanes but are causing an accident prone environment to the public. I think BOMBO radyo gave the city hall (Cebu) a time limit to rectify their mistake and so the city took measures and prohibited these vendors from selling. However recent reports said that the group of vendors appealed to the City Hall and was again allowed to sell but was limited to only one side of the hallway. If i am not mistaken, the restraining order was only until yesterday or today so i guess they will be back to business by tom or the following days.

With all do respect guyz......yeah its a good news guyz....to avoid danger....pero bad news sa taga magallanes......kay panginabuhi ra sad bya na nla.....dli man sad cguru sala nla f nakatinda sila anang mga kind of pets.....im not a INVERT lovers/breeder.....im a bird breeder........pero dli man sad cla cguru makadsplay f ala sad nang out sa ilang mga pets.....

for me louy sad bya ang taga magallanes kay naa sad bya nay mga puhonan...asta gud and mga birds kay g.apil og pamargo....


Ala man sad ko ingon nga n.laban sa taga magallanes....but louy lng sad cla ba....


but otherwise for safety ra man sasd sa mga people who breed og mu breed pa.....kay dli man sad d.i na lalim buhion...because sa ilang mga venoms.....

I think ang imo pasabot ang mga indigenous and endangered bird species na gidili sa balaod nato mao gipangdakop sa DENR. imbargohonon jud na nga birds bro donix.

d q katubang ngano gi-apil ang mga lovebirds (afrikan og parakeets) ang DENR ra gyud makatubag ana.....
maybe these birds kinhanglan pod og Farm Permits or captive bred certificates para makabreed and makabaligya ana.....

mga sir karon panahona mangud dali na maka acquire indigenous and endangered animals due to lots of breeders nga walai permit. merely mga hobbyist lang nag try ug breed nya na success.. ang katong naay mga permit dako kaayo ang effect anah nila saila side..

for us invert keepers before lisod e acquire ug mga inverts due to high price and limited stocks. karon daghan naman breeders accidental, experimental, sulay2x lang etc... because of that daghan ang stocks, over flowing kaayo pero ang mamalitay less. specially kong ang stocks balik2x permi. daghan padulngan kong dili mahalin. mo subside ang price, packages, whole selling etc. and to the extent hybrids came out.

we can't control them because ila nah. we don't have the authority to do so.

its not everyone's fault but it is everyone's responsibility to do what is right for the hobby.. sad to say ang invert hobby has gone mad and out of focus. dili na matawag ug hobby but money nah.. before it was spreading the hobby and letting know everyone that they are not crippy, yukky and stuff like that. karon garbo nah ang naa..

responsibility starts when the first time you acquire them.

even if na ingon aneh ato hobby i am still an invert hobbyist. lets just be responsible lang.
