I answered your question in your other thread, but for the sake of others reading here... on the CM Flare, only SIM1 is capable of 3G. What SIM slot are you trying to activate 3G on?

Not sure of the actual settings on your phone, but try this: open your sms app, press the menu button, tap on settings, the notification settings. The actual steps may be slightly different on your phone, but look for similar settings.

naa sya sa settings > sound > then i disable and "vibrate" option.. feedback dayon dire if wala nag work.cheers!

On naman akong 3g. I texted 3g(space)on to 211 then ni reply man ug
"MMS/GPRS/3G service features are already active." But di man gihapon ko
kasud sa free sites sa smart like wap.smart.com.ph ug sa ilang free twitter nga
m.twitter.com. My smart card is in sim slot 1. Naa pod koy load ra.
What are other settings that I probably missed? Salamat!
