I don't condone gangs but it has been incorporated to a substantial part of Filipino youths in the WC, it is a shame. They could have focused their energy for education, instead of banging.

when reviewing the video thoroughly, i heard several tagalog language, therefore i conclude they have the same bloodlines of Manny Pacquiao - Pinoy pride, hehehe..
