Things u need kay:

Educational Assistance Loan Form
SS ID or SS ID Claim Stub if wala pa ID (Principal Member)
1 month Pay-slip
E1 and SSS number sa beneficiary (If beneficiary ang mo avail sa assistance)
NSO/Certificate of Live Birth (beneficiary/principal member especially siblings ang beneficiary ug principal member)
Photocopy of Valid ID (Govt ID's mas maayo)
Statement of Account from School

So far in may case dali ra na release ang loan even though naa pa ko existing salary loan.
Encode date July 22 then and check na release pag July 23. max of 20k for bachelors degree courses

dali ra mahuman ug file ang SSS ID not more than an hour..

makuha ng ID within 3-months nalang...

dali ra man sad bro if ikaw mo linya didto. basta sayo lang pud kaayo ka mo ad2 pra sa priority number. within 3 mos man ghapon ma claim ang ID. in my case, ako nangunay ug adto, wa ko ka abte ug lunch break humana ko.

pwede kaau na vocational courses bro. pwede ra sad ikaw ang mo gamit ana as principal member.

ang vocational courses nila kay murag up to 10,000 pesos man guro to ang assistance.

same reqt ra ghapon na bro.

ang check ana kay payable to the school asa ka ni enroll. post office nay mo hatud ana sa imong address.

ang pag loan diay ani kay every semester. i thought sa una ka usa ra ka mo file sa loan then kung pila ka years mag skwela automatic na. gi verify ni nako sa SSS, ana sila mo file pud ghapon ka ug usab pra ma release ang next loan for that semester.

payable in 5 yrs. Payment starts 18 mos after sa last check gi release from SSS.

and in case di maka bayad na ang principal member, then naa siya beneficiary gipa avail ani, ang beneficiary na ang mo padayun pag bayad inig work.

how to avail the sss maternity leave? unsay requirements? asa ta maka ask if maka avail ba atong contributions?

ive been to sss yesterday. They said im qualified for sss benefit or reiumbursement even though i haven't applied for it or i haven;t informed them. I gave birth 2012 pa and okey pa daw ko makakuha

if ur employed that time and then cert of separation from your company.. even know i give birth
wala nakoy work na qualify japun ko kay naa may 12months back sila gi tan aw from my month birth
and within those month naa man ko contribution gamay..

does this mean nga wala pa silay nahulog nga contributions nko?
