pero i think, lisod na keo ni ky gi negosyo man gud ni sa mga kwartahan ug mga developer..imbis mao unta ni angay namo nga mga kabus ky makaya ra unta ug data2x, gi-negosyo ma gyud..uban, if naay urban poor lots, naay mga kwartahan mamalit ug dagko nga area, unya ibaligya pod sa lain, cut by cut..haha..hasola..no offense lang ha, pero murag mao na gyud ni ang reality sa pagkakaron..

hi guys, i'm planning to buy a lot here in cebu pero nag duha2x pa ko asa ko mupalit.

in your opinion, asa mas reasonable: mupalit ug yuta in consolacion or minglanilla (areas nga layu sa city) pero barato ra ang lot or mupalit duol sa city like bulacao, mandaue, etc pero times two sad ang price? thanks in advance!

unsa kaha maayo nga subdivision in mandaue or consolacion area nga lot only ang baligya?
