pain is only subjective... dghan mn gd cause why mosakit imo ulo.. basin migraine or from the neck or blood composition or high blood pressure... that's why it's better to see a doctor first.. lahi2x ta ug sakit...

experienced this last week, lasted for more than a week.

i guess it was just stress, nagpamassage ko and naulian.
pero sa imoha ts, maayo pa check up nalang.

mine lasted intermittently for a week and a half. Monitored my BP, gakataas man sya kada mulabad ako ulo which is normal, but i am not diagnosed wth hypertension, normal rajud mutaas ang bd if a patient experiences pain. my right sided headache felt as if gadungan sya sakong heartbeat... like a throbbing headache. i took ibuprofen/mefenamic sometimes.... pero ang main advise sako dosctor is just to sleep well. and have m eyes checked kay i told him my average sleep per day is 4-5hours, at that time na galabad ako ulo, i had less than 4 hours kay light sleeper rako sa adlaw (kay call center agent man ko on a 10pm shift). and di nako kaayo kaklaro busa she told me to have my eyes checked.


but anyway, have urself checked. kay the doctor will have a lot of questions, you gotta be as detailed as possible kay they need that from you.
