maybe this time the provincial eletion supervisors of maguindanao , north and south cotabato seems to be on the run na disappeared na gone AWOL at least one is facing criminal charges for vote padding. Comelec manila cant locate them now even with standing subpoena.

Comelec had ruled at least now that the entire maguindanao province 12-0 ( only 12 tu and 6 go got voters the the other 19 candidates got 0 votes in all 22 Municipalities 279 barangays more that 300th reg voters around 100% turn out)
is statisticaly improbable.

chances are senatorial candidates both winners and losers from now on will distance itself from these obvious and evident scam.

absolutely. A 12-0 vote for TU candidates is just a highly improbable.

We know that Navotas is a bailiwick of the opposition in as much as Maguindanao is a bailiwick of the adminsitration. As per Lagumbay vs. Comelec case, such is statistically probable. The reason why Koko Pimentel wants to disenfranchise the votes of Maguinadanaoans is because of the fact that he will lose the 12th position if those votes were counted.

And I thought Koko Pimentel is supposed to be a representative of the people in Mindanao. Now, he's quite ecstatic that the votes in Maguindanao will not be included in the canvassing because he might be losing in favor of Zubiri.

He should act a little more civil with his credentials being a bar topnotcher. In effect, he's disenfranchising the votes of the people in Maguindanao. They can try special elections, if ever. But he's really adamant not to include their votes. How can we expect that he will be truly a voice of the people of Mindanao?
