Our company is hiring an Email and Live Support Team Leader HOMEBASED and FULL TIME position. Is there anyone out there or do you know anyone who can meet the following requirements:
8+ years of customer support experience (chat and email)
4+ years of experience in leading customer support teams
Very strong written English skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of closed-loop feedback processes
Skilled in using Google spreadsheets (pivots, formulas, etc.) and presentations
Results-driven and goal-oriented
Experience with Zendesk and SnapEngage or other email/chat platforms
Experience on managing remote teams
