Job descriptions:

-Understand Airbnb concept and how it works
-Bringing in new listings onboard and work to meet targets/deadlines
-Coordinate and train new sign ups by educating, engaging and getting them excited about the Airbnb mission
-Know the areas, the community, key stakeholders and influencers
-Be the local expert in your market; understand the opportunities and the challenges.
-Reporting on progress to global lead for the initiative
-Fluent in reading and writing English and local language
-Track and record keeping all the information required on new leads
