    Default how to lose weight after giving birth


    Hi, any ideas or suggestions on how can i lose weight? i gave birth last week. still have the fats or preggy pouch in my tummy. is there any way to get rid of this?

    Breastfeed It helps in weight loss.

    Pwede pud ka mag jog, crunches, and leg raise if naa ka time. If mudako na imo baby (mga 1 year guro) pwede ka mag leg raise nga gaduwa mo sa bb. Kamo duha malingaw. HTH

    avoid carbo.. eat fruits and veges instead

    engage urself in exercise , ayaw lang pud extreme kay mabughat ta ana... hehe

    walking ... doing home chores...

    after 3months pag belly dancing , jogging, apil marathon!

    daghan ways... tapul ra jud ang kontra aneh

    breastfeeding helps you lose weight.
    di mana mawala dayun ang belly. hinay-hinay mana.
    juicing helps as well.

    don't drink cold drinks kay makasamot sa bilbil, breastfeed ur baby, wear tight clothes to press ur belly and don't sit right away after every meal,

    take your time, di mana madali. wait for 6 mos to see a difference and along the way, do breastfeeding,minimize your rice and walk/run kng kaya na nimo
